HOLLY PADFIELD-PAINE: Director A law graduate with a specific interest in social welfare law and youth issues. As a volunteer panel member for the Youth Justice Board Holly has been able to see at first hand the potential consequences for young people when they are not engaged in education, training or employment, and how easy it is, at a young age, to enter the criminal justice system. "It is only through education, encouragement and a sense of pride and achievement that young people are able to realize their full potential. Unfortunately many are denied this and never fulfill ambitions and dreams. Incipient Minds hopes in some way to rectify this and to enable our young people to take pride in themselves and their communities'. |
